How do I activate my camera and pair it to a device?

The serial number on your camera is the activation code. The serial number can be found on the box, on the bottom of your camera, or on the start up screen when you turn the camera on.

If you are also setting up a new GPS tracker, begin with the installation and activation for the tracker.

Once your GPS tracker is activated, or if you already have an existing tracker, you can activate and pair your camera.

1. Turn on your camera and allow it to download any available updates. When you see the logo and serial number on the screen, you can begin the activation process.
   
   IMPORTANT: The camera must be turned on to activate.
   
   
2. Log in to the portal. Click Setup > Add a New Tracker.

You can change the assignment of cameras on the Map or Setup pages.

On the Map page, click on the tracker with assigned camera in the tracker list on the left. Click the edit button (pencil icon) next to the tracker name. In the pop-up window, click the drop-down for Assigned Camera and choose unassign to unpair a camera, or choose a camera to assign to a tracker.

On the Setup page, go to Tracker Setup. Click the edit button for the tracker you want to change. Under Camera, choose unassign to unpair a camera, or choose a camera to assign to a tracker.
