How do I set up groups?

To create new groups and assign users:

  1. Click Setup at the top of the screen and choose Group Setup on the left side. (Alternate method: At the top of the Vehicles/Devices pane on the left side of the map you will see a drop down for Groups. Click the drop down and select Add/Edit Groups.)
  2. Click +Add a Group. Name the new group and click OK.
  3. Scroll down to the new group and click the edit (pencil) icon.
  4. Next to the device/user you want to move into the new group, click the Group Assignment. An editable field will open. Use the dropdown arrow to assign the device/user to the appropriate group. The assignment will automatically save.
  5. Repeat step 4 to change group assignments. To remove a device/user from all groups, repeat step 4 and choose No Group.

On the map, when you select a group from the dropdown menu in the Vehicles/Devices pane, you will see only the users associated with that group.
