Why can’t I see the Save buttons on my screen?

Issues like this are usually problems with your browser. Try the following:

  1. Check your screen resolution. You must have a screen resolution of 1280x1024 for the site to display correctly. (1024x768 may be used with Firefox.)
  2. Check the zoom level of your browser.
    • If you are working in Firefox, click View at the top of the screen. Select Zoom and then Zoom Out.
    • If you are working in Internet Explorer, verify the zoom level is set to 100% at the bottom right of the screen. If it is not set to 100%, click the arrow to the right of the zoom level and select 100%.
